- Cups travel from left to right, and desserts travel from right to left on the upper conveyor.

- Once the cups and desserts travel nearer each other, the rotary actuator rotates up to allow the desserts to be placed into the cups. Once placed, the rotary actuator rotates down to allow the dessert and cup travel to the lower conveyor and to the right

- Previously, air-rotary actuators were used and it was difficult to adjust switching from the middle position and to accommodate dessert variety.
