Motor Characteristic Difference Between Stepper Motor and Servo Motor

Please note the following motor characteristic difference between stepper and servo motors:

With the recent introduction of the Mini ROBO Cylinder, we have grown our servo motor lineup. Please note when selecting an actuator for ‘Push Motion’ applications, select the stepper motor actuator.

With servo motors, please understand the following conditions which affect the forces and the repeatability of the force:

1. Max push force setting: (Rated max thrust) x 70%
