<p>- RCAW actuator is used as an elevator to raise and lower the cutting wheel at a constant low speed</p>
<p>- Traditionally, the needles were fed by using an air cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder was used to actuate the cutting wheel</p>
<p><strong>The following advantages are achieved by using the electric actuators:</strong></p>
<p>1. The setup is easy to change</p>
<p>2. Better speed control in raising and lowering of the cutting wheel achieves better accuracy and results in an improvement of the quality of the cut surface
