IK Series Multi-axes Unit Video

This display unit uses a ROBO Cylinder® combination unit and IA kit to draw text, lines and graphics on the pen tablet.

This IA kit comes with all necessary parts including cable bearers, brackets and can be easily assembled. We can also ship the kit pre-assembled at our factory.

The IA kit is much more affordable and requires a significantly shorter lead time compared to conventional Cartesian robots.

ISWA Dustproof Electric Actuator Video

This display unit is a dustproof / splashproof slider-type ISWA, which is operating in an environment filled with dust. The special internal structure prevents powder dust from entering the interior.

An air purge function is provided to completely keep out foreign matter, permitting use in an even harsher environment. With an air purge, this unit can meet the protection rating of IP65.

We have a lineup of actuators designed for use in environments where the actuators come in contact with moisture and dust.

Mini ROBO Cylinder Lineup Video

Here is IAI America’s lineup of slim, small ROBO Cylinders that are ideal for replacing your small air cylinders.

Equipped with a newly developed motor, each of these new ROBO Cylinder® actuators has been made significantly slimmer and smaller that its conventional counterpart.

These motorized cylinders can be used in small spaces where air cylinders had been the only choice available.

Partly because of their small sizes and various shapes normally associated with air cylinders, these actuators are a great choice in your smooth transition from air cylinders to electric cylinders.

By combining them with new controllers we have just released, you can easily operate the electric cylinders in similar fashion as air cylinders.

NS 6-axis Application Demo Video

This display unit is a nut-rotation type 6-axis actuator, combining a multi-slider specification having two sliders, with two sets of two-axis Cartesian robots.

A nut-rotation type actuator can move at high speeds even with long strokes.

The X-axis of this 6-axis combination unit can also be a linear servo actuator, instead of a nut-rotation type.

You can also select various combinations from the catalog, like this one.
