NS Vertical Multi-Slider Electric Actuator Video

This display unit is a nut-rotation type actuator configured for vertical specification, where two independently operating sliders move work parts from one rack to the other installed at different heights.

The nut-rotation type actuator is characterized by its integration of motor and slider. The ball screw is fixed and the nut is rotated to move the actuator. This operating principle also supports a multi-slider mechanism where multiple sliders are installed and operated independently.

The vertically oriented slider comes with a brake. Incorporation of the brake makes it easy to design vertical configurations, which has been difficult with linear servos.

ROBO Cylinder Belt-type Gripper Video

This display unit handles all movements of work parts from the slide table to index table using ROBO Cylinders®.

ROBO Cylinders® are available in many variations. In addition to ball screw types, belt drive types are also available that are used in horizontal operations and can maintain the maximum speed even at long strokes.

This motorized gripper can grip small electronic components without damaging them, simply by adjusting the gripping force.

The Z-axis adopts a table-type actuator based on a rod + guide mechanism, where installation is easy. Also, the touch panel display lets you visualize the status of each controller.


XSEL ROBONET Gateway Function Video

This display unit consists of three sets of six ROBO Cylinder axes combined in a Y-Z configuration, grippers, and one X-axis work part transfer section, all of which are controlled with just one XSEL controller.

The six ROBO Cylinder axes are controlled via the ROBONET controller using the Gateway function of the XSEL controller. By using the Gateway function, a maximum of 22 actuator axes can be controlled using only one XSEL controller.

For example, you can directly control four SCARA robot axes using an XSEL controller and control the gripper of each SCARA robot using the Gateway function.


ZR Unit with a Long Stroke Gripper Video

This display unit combines the ZR unit and long-stroke gripper to transfer work parts of different sizes.

The ZR unit is a compact unit, combining the vertical axis and the rotational axis into one. Also, the Cartesian robot is used to perform movement in the X-Y direction.

The range of operation can be set larger than that of a comparable SCARA robot by increasing the X-Y stroke.

The long-stroke gripper can grip work parts of all sizes, so it can meet your needs for all types of work parts.
